One registration form, one QR ticket, one count of places

The organiser builds the form, the attendee signs in and chooses their days, and the QR ticket goes to the app and their email. Every channel counts against the same places.

The registration form

Fields, who fills each one, the type and whether it is required, with a live preview of what the attendee sees. Changes are published as a new version.

  • Name and MyKad filled in from the national digital ID and locked
  • Age worked out from the MyKad date of birth
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia, picked on the first screen

One count of places

Registrations on the event website, bulk uploads for groups and walk-ins at the gate all count against the event's places.

  • A place held while the attendee finishes
  • Registration closes on a set date, or earlier when full

The QR ticket

One QR for the days the attendee chose, in the app, on the event website or printed. It works at the gate without a signal.

  • Attendees change their days or cancel
  • The event team resends or replaces a ticket
  • Free, or paid through FPX and DuitNow QR

The attendee record

The ticket, check-ins and movement, sessions joined, booth receipts, the certificate and the consent record, on one page. MyKad numbers are masked.
