Booths, applications and vendors selling on asasii pos

Vendors apply with documents they upload once, the organiser offers a booth, and approval creates the vendor's asasii pos outlet with the booth number and the menu.

The floor plan

Booths in zones, each with a size, a fee, power and water, and its state: free, booked or trading. The layout is edited, then published as a new version.

  • Zones and prices
  • Fee rules by vendor type, applied on approval
  • Move a vendor or change the power from the booth

Applications and documents

Vendors upload their documents once and reuse them in every application until they expire. The organiser checks them the first time, against the SSM and halal registers where possible.

  • Approve and offer a booth, or return for changes
  • A reminder before a document expires
  • One vendor registry for every level

An asasii pos outlet for every booth

Approval creates the vendor's asasii pos outlet with the booth number, the menu and the prices from the application. The vendor sells on a terminal lent by the organiser or on their own Android tablet.

Vendors on site

Each booth's opening time, till status and sales today, live from asasii pos, with issues flagged and one message to every vendor.

The vendor console

Each vendor sees sales by hour, item and payment type, the menu and stock, the payouts and the team's till logins.
